I normally don’t do this, but I had to send you a note on how happy I am with my purchase (Old Country Gravity feed smoker). I broke it in the day after I bought it, and it only used 1/4 chute of charcoal in over 6 hours. Two days later I tried a quick smoke of some salmon and chicken wings. Oh my god! The smokiness and taste were incredible and absolutely what I was hoping for. This unit feels like a long-lost friend.
