I have been buying this rub in particular in bulk when I'm able. I'm an amateur smoker and grill chef here in Germany, but fell in love with the flavor when I used to live in the states. Pairs VERY well with Applewood and Cherry smokes. If you want a Cajun style spice, their beef rub does amazingly well with steaks. Only finishing touches needed are pan sear with Kerry gold butter baste and fresh sprigs of thyme. #yourewelcome.
