The Santa Maria comes in two classy finishes: standard Meadow Creek black to match the rest of your fleet, or unpainted Corten corrosion-resistant steel—the first time this has been an option on a Meadow Creek product. Exposed to the elements, Corten oxidizes to a rugged, weatherproof patina for an Old-West appearance that suits the Santa Maria to a T.
The standard welded stainless steel flat grate will never rust, and it’s a roomy 32”x26”, enough to grill all the burgers your crew can eat. And did we mention it’s fully height-adjustable?
But what if you want to branch out and cook things that don’t play well with a standard grate, like shrimp, chopped veggies, or pancakes?
