Pizza Class

Are you thinking about trying your hand at making homemade pizza? Have you tried and failed at making pizza? Are you an old pro looking to up your pizza-making game? We have the class for you!
You asked for this class and we listened. We've gone all in to make it as comprehensive and engaging as possible.
This class is taught by one of our very own pitmasters gone pizzaiolo: the one, the only, the BarBQutioner! You may have seen him at one of the boot camps we offer, the open houses we do twice a year, and the overwhelmingly successful pizza making and sampling demo during the Holiday Wing Thing. He is a fantastic teacher and cook and will demonstrate the basic fundamentals on how to make a great pizza.

- Tools: What are the essentials required to make amazing pizza
- Ovens and temps: Home ovens, Green Mountain Grills pizza attachment, Yoder pizza attachment, and Big Green Egg
- Dough: Direct and preferment, types of flour, yeast, sugar, and honey
- Toppings: Your pizza is your canvas... go artistic, basic, or fully loaded.
Demonstrations/hands-on cooking will be on the Yoder pellet grill, Green Mountain Grill pellet grill, and Big Green Egg.
