Description
Take some oregano, rosemary, and thyme-dried leaves, mix with some oak sawdust and make pellets. That’s what these are and they smell like pizza! The heat generated during the pelleting process, super-activates the leafy herbs, intensifying the flavor.
This is a good smoke flavor for anything that you’d marinate in Italian dressing and it’s natural for cooking pizza on the grill.
