USAt first Mason Dixon did not have in stock the product so they could get it out by Christmas. So the mailed me to let me know (very courteous) and if I wanted to cancel and reorder later. We agreed on a date and to ship it when it was in stock. Two days later the mailed back telling me that it came in and it shipped (very courteous again). Long story short it arrived well before Christmas. Sure was refreshing for honesty and great customer service. Thank you Mason Dixon BBQ services we will do business again in the future Joe Debevec
USHorrible I never even got my package yet you guys sent me a email saying you made a mistake on what you had and tried to blame the other guys for that saying it’s there fault lol man up y’all messed up it happens we’re human but then you guys never sent me an email or a confirmation telling me where my packages are at or when it’s going to come I haven’t got any information about my package except you guys wanting feedback and I haven’t even got my stuff yet this is ridiculous I will never buy from the website again I was supposed to get my stuff about a week and a half ago now I have my thousand dollar smoker outside worst experience ever
