Vendor Registration

for the 2024 Spring Open House

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our 2024 Spring Open House. We are especially looking for vendors offering BBQ-related items and specialty items, but will consider other unique vendors as well.

As a small business owner, I want to do what I can to support local small business around the Mid-Atlantic region. One small thing I can do is offer free marketing to local vendors at our Open House and BBQ Competition each year. This is the 11th year for our event, and we have averaged between 2,000 and 3,000 attendees every year for the past few years.

This year we will once again be hosting TWO separate cooking contests! We are inviting back BBQ Bootcampers from past years to come out and compete in a Backyard Rib-Off, and we’re hosting a Professional SCA Steak Cook-off competition at the same time!

Of course, we’ll also have BBQ demonstrations and samples galore, a petting zoo, sales going on everywhere, live music, and everything you expect from our Spring Open House! 

We love your many talents and creations and hope we'll see you again this year. In order to offer a variety of quality products to visitors, and to ensure each vendor can do well at our event, we limit the number of vendors permitted for each product type, so apply early. You can bring your stuff in on Friday evening, we recommend setting up on Saturday morning 6–9 am. Vehicles and trailers have to be parked and out of the way by 9 am and you should be set up no later than 9:30 am. 

Please fill out the vendor form below as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you!

  • Each vendor will receive a 10’ x 10’ space. Extra space may be available by request.
  • Electric will not be provided. Feel free to bring a quiet generator if electricity is needed.
  • Vendors agree to be present for all scheduled show hours, rain or shine.
  • No rain date due to rain or any other weather situations.
  • Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready by 9:30 am on Saturday, April 13th.
  • The booth may not be dismantled before 4 pm (absolutely no early breakdown allowed).
  • One car or truck per applicant will be permitted. Vehicle must be parked in vendor parking area.
  • All vendors will decorate their booth so as to provide an attractive and clean appearance.
  • Please include a list of all possible items you can sell and what items you consider as your signature items. To prevent duplication, IRONMAN organizers reserve the right to limit items being offered for sale.

Raising Money for Charity

All proceeds from the event will go to the Greencastle Exchange Club, and will support their efforts to promote Americanism, encourage community service, and develop youth programs that encourage pride in our country. We hope you'll join us in this fun event to support a great cause!
