Larry is stopping by the Frederick shop Saturday, February 18th, to show us exactly how he makes his world famous bologna, snack sticks, and summer sausage, using brands and seasonings found right here in the store! Larry will be talking processing tips and tricks, seasoning methods, and how to properly smoke sausage. I know what you are thinking, and the answer is YES, there might be samples!
This will be held rain or shine at the Frederick store only. To cover expenses and food costs, there is a small fee for the class. Attendees will get special pricing on sausage and game seasonings and supplies after the class. Class size is limited to 25 students, so don’t wait to register!
