No pro teams\, just backyard warriors. But your work will be judged by pro KCBS judges! \nHave you watched rib competitions on TV and said “I can do that”? This is your chance to see how you stack up. \nThis is a fun\, social event that ALSO raises money for charity. Come as you are\, be as fancy or simple as you want to be. The main requirement is to make great ribs. \nYou’ll need to bring your own set-up: grill/smoker\, tents\, tables\, and of course\, ribs. You can set up Friday evening and stay overnight or arrive Saturday morning. We can help you load and unload your smokers and other gear. \nFor the official timeline of events click here. \n \nRules  \nWe are following KCBS rules—except we’re letting you cook on anything! LP gas\, pellet cookers\, charcoal/wood smokers\, even electric smokers. \nThe full copy of the rules is here.
