Description
These are great casings for making summer sausages. It is mahogany in color, pre-struck, and tied at one end. Being pre-stuck allows the casing to conform to the meat as tight as possible. To prepare, you have to soak them for 30 minutes in warm water so they are pliable enough to stuff.
