At 2.4″ x 20″ these are great casings for making medium-diameter summer sausages in longer lengths. It has a 2.5 lb capacity, is mahogany in color, pre-struck, tied at one end, and has a 2.4″ diameter. Being pre-stuck allows the casing to conform to the meat as tight as possible. To prepare you have to soak them for 30 minutes in 90° – 100° water so they are pliable enough to stuff.
