We developed it to help us become more consistent in ribs at contests. It’s a unique blend of butter buds, brown sugar, honey powder, and spices that you mix with apple juice. Once mixed simply wrap each slab of ribs or Boston butt with the mixture.
It takes the mess of wrapping ribs away and makes you more consistent by using an exact amount with each rack of ribs! It’s helped me win Memphis BBQ Network Rib team of the year an impressive 5 times in a row!
