Tips\, Tricks\, and Techniques with Pitmaster Larry Booze! \nLarry is stopping by the Greencastle shop Saturday\, March 2nd\, to show us exactly how he makes his world famous bologna\, snack sticks\, and summer sausage\, using brands and seasonings found right here in the store! Larry will be talking processing tips and tricks\, seasoning methods\, and how to properly smoke sausage. I know what you are thinking\, and the answer is YES\, there might be samples! \nThis will be held rain or shine at the Greencastle store only. To cover expenses and food costs\, there is a small fee for the class. Attendees will get special pricing on sausage and game seasonings and supplies after the class. Class size is limited to 20 students\, so don’t wait to register! \nSausage Class Registration\nRegistration will open on Monday\, January 29\, at 9:00 am.
