DESCRIPTION:The IRONMAN BBQ Competition is a Masters Series professional competition sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Association (KCBS) and is officially recognized by Pennsylvania as a state championship competition\, like the ones you see on BBQ Pitmasters on TV. In fact\, some of those same folks will be here to compete! \nHow is IRONMAN different? IRONMAN lets you test your skills as a barbecue pit master without the benefits of electrical controls or unlimited meats to select from. No Gurus\, stokers\, digital stay-in thermometers\, rotisseries\, gas torches\, pellet cookers\, or electrical vacuum marinaters. Just you and the meat\, charcoal or wood\, basic thermometer\, matches\, and smoker! \nAll we allow in your cooler: \n\n1 pork butt\n1 rack of ribs\n1 brisket\n7 pieces of chicken (includes one to taste)\n\nIRONMAN PAYS MORE! \n\nSave $400.00 off the standard entry fee and get in for only $200.00.\nIncrease your winnings.\nEarn extra bragging rights and have more fun! \n\nThe IRONMAN format is voluntary\, with lower fees and higher payouts.
